Shipping policy

Most orders from Vibrant Closet are delivered within approximately 6–8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We operate on a made-to-order Print-on-Demand (POD) model, where each product is custom printed after an order is placed.

Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed, printed, and prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery:
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges:
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery Delays:
While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, operational delays, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics situations.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information during checkout. Vibrant Closet is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
